Most of our pieces are made to order and require about two weeks to create just for you.
If the item is marked as “One of a Kind” or “Ready to Ship”, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days after undergoing a quality check to ensure it leaves our studio in perfect condition.
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with the shipping carrier’s name and tracking number so you can monitor your delivery at any time.

Please read the item descriptions, sizes, and care instructions carefully before purchasing. We do our best to provide accurate images and descriptions for each piece. However, since every item is handmade and features natural gemstones, slight variations in color or texture may occur.
Custom-made items and rings with personalized sizing are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We highly recommend having your ring size professionally measured by a jeweler before placing your order.

Shipping Options
We ship internationally, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
For Ready-to-Ship Items: 2–7 business days after payment.
For Custom Orders: 2–3 weeks after payment.
We offer two shipping methods:

Courier Delivery (5–7 business days)
Fast and reliable! Please share your phone number so the courier can contact you if needed. -
Standard Airmail (14–30 business days)
Includes a tracking number. Delivery times may vary due to customs or security checks. This is a regular mail service and doesn’t require a signature on arrival.
Customs & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that you may be subject to customs duties and/or VAT. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, kindly notify us which address to use. Otherwise, the order will be sent to the shipping address provided.
