Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Just reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work together to find the best solution.
How to Qualify for a Return
- Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- To initiate a return, contact us at studio@adifarber.com. Once approved, we’ll send instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or there’s been a mistake, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We’ll review the situation and take care of it as quickly as possible.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom pieces (personalized jewelry, engraved items, rings made in special sizes)
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
Return Conditions
- Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Returned items should be sent with tracking and insurance, especially if they’re defective or not as described.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Additional Fees
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply in some cases.
- Custom rings are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
